I'm a very active guy in my life and I think it is very important for us to maintain our health and well being physically and mentally as well.

I will also discuss methods and ways which I currently use to do it.

This website is generally dedicated to anyone who loves sports or just wishes to lose weight or become more ripped.

I will talk about many forms of training on the rainbow of sports but I'm going to focus specifically on basketball and weight lifting since these are the most close to my heart sports and I've gained most of my knowledge and experience in these areas.
